Colderatti Warranty Policy

Colderatti Cold Plunge User Guide – This guide includes everything you need to know about proper water care, stainless steel cleaning, and our deep clean protocol to protect your machine and stainless steel tub from against unnecessary and preventable damage, keeping your cold plunge performing at its best and looking new for years to come.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Certain stainless steel tubs that are marketed or referred to as having a lifetime warranty are warranted to the original owner to be free of defective materials, workmanship, and/or structural rust-through in the stainless steel tub for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover any other parts or components beyond the stainless steel tub itself.

Requirements to Maintain Limited Lifetime Warranty:

• You must follow our routine care protocol outlined in our maintenance guide and included in your user guide.
• Use only Colderatti OEM water care items, filters, and components.

Do not:
• Allow mineral buildup or deposits to remain unflushed for extended periods. Follow protocol for deep cleaning your plunge.
• Use harsh abrasive cleaners or metal scrubbing pads that can damage the stainless surface.
• Neglect regular maintenance, as this can lead to surface corrosion beyond cosmetic issues.

Warranty Exclusions:

Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, failure to follow our maintenance protocol, or use of non-Colderatti OEM or explicitly approved filters, chemicals, or components, as defined in “Requirements to Maintain Limited Lifetime Warranty,” will void this warranty. Any and all other claims for damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, are expressly excluded under this warranty.

Rust-Through Protection – 316 Stainless Steel

Colderatti offers an included 1-year rust-through warranty on all cold plunge tubs and Hyperchillers made with 316 stainless steel. This warranty covers corrosion that penetrates the steel and causes structural damage, such as leaks or material failure, as well as significant visible rusting that affects the tub’s integrity or appearance.

To remain eligible, units must be maintained according to our standard care protocol, which includes:

• Monthly water changes.
• Every 3 months, deep clean according to our deep clean protocol with use of a descaler (recommended descaler: citric acid).
• Wiping down all surfaces monthly to remove mineral buildup and prevent staining.
• Minor early signs of rust can often be reversed with prompt cleaning using a descaler like citric acid.
• Using only Colderatti filters, sanitizers, chemicals, and mineral salts.

Do not:

• Allow mineral buildup or deposits to remain unflushed for extended periods. Follow protocol for deep cleaning your plunge.
• Use harsh abrasive cleaners or metal scrubbing pads that can damage the stainless surface.
