How is the Hyperpod cleaned and maintained?

The Hyperpod offers optimized cleaning features to make cleaning and maintenance effortless. 24/7 water filtration and ozone technology keep the bath crystal clean and ready for the next use, and with easy filter replacements, maintenance is convenient. Water should be drained every 1-2 months for normal residential use, or as needed. Filters should be replaced every month for normal residential use, or as needed. How is the Hyperpod filled and drained?

Fill with a hose or wall/ceiling faucet, and drain by connecting a hose to the dedicated drain outlet. Optionally, you can also plumb the dedicated fill and drain outlets on the tub to nearby water supply and drainage.

Are there any space requirements before installing the Hyperpod?

• The space should be on a solid, level, waterproof floor that can withstand a static load of 1,500 lbs in a 3x3 footprint.
• The space should have ample room for air flow and clearance, as the Hyperchiller requires 24" of ventilation on the fan end. The tub rear should also have 4-8" of space to allow for access to the hydraulic connections, and to allow the bather space to lean their head.
• The space should have a dedicated 120V, 20A outlet within 7’ of the desired placement of the ice bath.
• The Hyperchiller can be flexibly located up to 40ft away (e.g., in a utility closet, equipment pad, or adjacent room). This completely removes ventilation and electrical requirements from the immediate wellness space.
• To take advantage of our complimentary room of choice delivery, there must be a clear path from unloading to final destination of 32" x 32".

Does the system require dedicated plumbing or a hot/cold water supply, or is it fully self-contained?

No, permanent plumbing or a dedicated hot/cold water supply is not required. While the system includes a dedicated water supply and drainage outlet, plumbing is entirely optional. You can simply use a standard garden hose to fill or drain the unit, making it easy to retrofit without any professional plumbing work. The system operates as a self-contained unit in a closed loop, meaning once it is filled, it continuously filters and cools/heats the same water to your set temperature.

How long does it take to get cold/hot?

The Hyperchiller cools the water at 17ºF/hr. From room temperature, water will cool to your ideal temperature in 1-2 hours. Heating speed is 17–20ºF/hr.

What are the power requirements?

The machine is powered with a 120V, 20A dedicated circuit. A GFCI outlet is not recommended, since the machine has integrated GFCI protection, and redundant GFCIs can create a situation prone to nuisance tripping.

What are the advantages of a separate chiller versus an all-in-one design?

Separating the chiller from the basin provides two primary benefits:

1) Flexible Chiller Placement: The chiller can be placed up to 40ft away (e.g., in a utility closet or equipment pad). This saves space and reduces noise and heat in your wellness space – ideal for sauna pairings, wellness zones, and tight layouts. It also enables the tub to be recessed flush into the floor or stone surrounds.

2) Zero Downtime & Future-Proofing: The modular design allows you to swap out the chiller instantly in the case of unexpected servicing/maintenance, or easily upgrade to new technology in the future without replacing the entire tub, making it an ideal "insurance" policy for your installation.

What can I expect after my purchase?

• Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email from Colderatti confirming your order. When your Hyperpod has shipped, you will receive a text or phone call from our delivery carrier to coordinate a delivery window.
• On the day of the delivery, the delivery team will place the unit (packaged) in your room of choice. If you selected White Glove Delivery, the team will also unpack the unit, position it, and with the owner's support, set it up, fill it, and turn it on.

*The delivery team does not perform electrical or plumbing modifications; the site must be utility-ready prior to arrival.

What is included with room-of-choice and white-glove delivery?

• Room-of-choice and white glove delivery services are available as an add-on you can select in checkout.
• Both delivery options are available for ground-level sites or locations accessible via one flight of stairs.
• On the day of the delivery, the delivery team will place the unit (packaged) in your room of choice. If you selected White Glove Delivery, the team will also unpack the unit, position it, and with the owner's support, set it up, fill it, and turn it on.
• To take advantage of our delivery services, Ensure that the path from loading to final destination is minimum 32" x 32".
• To take advantage of product setup, a viable electrical outlet, water source (optional) and floor drain (optional) must be available and ready for use at the time of setup.
