All groundwork and utility services must be fully arranged and paid for by the client prior to delivery.

Once the deposit is received, Colderatti will provide detailed groundwork and service drawings to assist with site preparation.

Colderatti systems are designed for versatile installation and often do not require extensive groundwork. If placing your cold plunge or spa on an existing level surface (such as a reinforced deck or stone patio), please ensure the surface is rated to support the "wet weight" of your specific model.

If a concrete foundation is planned, we recommend completing the pour at least 4 weeks before delivery and installation. This ensures the foundation is properly set.

GENERAL ACCESS:
We aim to unload as close to the final installation site as possible to minimize manual handling and ensure the safety of your unit.

Standard deliveries are typically managed via 50-foot freight trucks. It is essential that the unloading area is accessible for vehicles of this size.

The site must provide adequate clearance and a turnaround area for the truck. Long or narrow driveways, or steep inclines may be declined by the carrier. Please inform us immediately of any potential access hurdles. If a standard freight truck cannot reach your location, we will work with you to arrange alternative delivery solutions (such as a smaller "box truck"), which may incur additional fees. We will keep you informed of any extra costs associated with delivering and installing your spa.

INDOOR INSTALLATION:
• The space should be on a solid, level, waterproof floor that can withstand a load of 1,500-3,500 lbs (depending on the model).
• To take advantage of our delivery services, there must be a clear path from unloading to final destination of at least 32" to 45" wide (depending on model).

Your stainless steel spa is delivered as a fully prefabricated system, and arrives ready for immediate placement. Once your spa passes its final quality inspection, it is carefully packaged and secured onto a truck for delivery to your site. Upon arrival, the spa is moved into place with the appropriate equipment.

We offer three tiers of delivery to accommodate your project needs:

• Curbside Delivery: The unit is offloaded at the end of your driveway or at the curb. This is ideal for projects where your own contractors are handling the final move and placement.

• Room of Choice: Our team moves the unit to its specific indoor or outdoor location (e.g., a backyard patio or a dedicated wellness room), ensuring it is positioned exactly where you want it.

• White Glove Delivery & Install: Our most comprehensive service. We handle the unboxing, final positioning, and setup, removing all packaging materials. If requested, we will also fill with water and have your system running before we leave.

Standard curbside delivery is included complimentary with all U.S. orders. We have additional delivery services such as Room of Choice delivery and White Glove setup and installation – these options can be selected at checkout for an additional cost.

While the rates shown at checkout ($500 – $1,500) cover standard logistics, factors like restricted access requiring crane hire or additional heavy machinery may increase these estimates.

For complex projects, our team may provide on-site assistance for site planning, placement, setup, and installation; please note that for any required overnight travel, accommodation, overtime, and food allowances will be included in your delivery and installation costs.

Our stainless steel systems are built with the finest materials and construction to withstand the toughest environments, including wind, rain, snow, and extreme dry heat.

For projects in extreme conditions – specifically those facing sustained below-freezing temperatures – the machine should ideally be located indoors within a temperature-controlled space and connected to the tub via two insulated water lines. Please contact our team for assistance when planning installations in extreme climates.
