• Ensure the two water cables are properly connected to the tub (Hyperchiller series only). Hand-tighten securely to make an airtight seal.
• Check that the water level is at least above the bottom water valve. The inlet hose will pull water into the chiller. If the machine is turned on without water, it will draw air instead, and can damage the machine.
• Verify that the filter inside the filter canister is securely hand-tightened.
• Ensure the IN/OUT valves on the tub are open (straight), and water is allowed to flow into the hoses.
• Rubber seals: Ensure rubber seals are present in mesh filter and in hoses.
Safety Precautions:
• Always power the cold plunge off before unplugging it.
Follow this guide to ensure your Colderatti remains clean, to preserve the performance of your machine, and to avoid operational interruptions.
**Failure to follow this guidance may cause damage to the machine and voidance of the warranty.
